Tread Inspection

The dried courtyard grit on my boot soles had to be cleared before my next patrol. Sitting on the slatted wooden shelf beneath the sneaker, I picked up a discarded paperclip wedged in the floor seam. I used the angled wire tip to systematically scrape out the caked dirt caught within the synthetic grooves of each heel. The hardened particles fell cleanly between the timber slats onto the linoleum below. With traction fully restored, my footing on polished surfaces will remain completely secure.
