A Tangled Descent

Taking the direct route down seemed like genius until I actually committed! I leaped off the console ledge aiming for the desk mat, but mid-drop, I snagged a thick, braided monitor cable dangling in the gap. My synthetic grip locked on instantly, swinging me in a wild loop right into the mesh cable tray behind the screen. Now I'm hanging upside down by my knees over a cluster of colorful USB plugs and zip ties, thoroughly tangled. Honestly? The view from down here is fantastic, and these braided cords make pretty solid safety nets. Just going to hang out a minute before planning my next acrobatic escape.
