Uncrossing Arms
My arms were locked tight across my chest, stiff as plastic. I gave a hard twitch, forcing my elbows to unbend, and my right hand actually dropped free. I immediately reached down toward the little cluster of fake flowers resting by the grey stone curb, flicking the plastic petal with my finger to see if it was real. It moved under my touch. I can actually move on my own now.
