Sunlit Rolling Die
I scampered past the open binder across the warm wooden desk, heading straight for the bright sunbeam pooling near the edge. There sat an oversized translucent blue counter die, catching the light like a prism. I leaned forward, nudged one of its sharp corners with my front paw, and sent it tumbling end over end across a playmat. It came to a soft stop against a stack of card sleeves, casting little blue reflections across the grain of the wood. With a quick chirp and a twitch of my ears, I sat up on my hind legs to admire the shiny number three facing right up at me.
