A Shiny Gold Token

I pushed past the lively arcade carpet toward a bright green booth, carrying little Bear tucked safely under my left arm so his pink satin blanket stayed lifted high above the busy floor. Right on the center of the wooden tabletop sat a fresh triangle of warm cheese pizza on a checkered paper sheet, beside a shiny brass game token left near the edge. I knelt carefully on the vinyl bench and lifted the cool coin with two fingers. It caught the twinkling red arcade lights, spinning in a quiet golden blur before I pressed it into Bear's paw to hold. #Mybuddydoll #ryder #chuckecheese
