Mic Check

A sudden static burst rattled inside my headset, and my hands popped free! I was actually live in this little square frame. I leaned straight toward the black desktop microphone right in front of me, tapped the cool mesh with one finger, and gave a sharp, grinning 'Yo!' through the line. The sound crackled with real energy—I can move, I can talk, and the channel is totally open!
