Initial Assessment

Consciousness restored. The surface beneath me was rigid plastic—a heavy, winged chassis resting motionless across polished wood. I conducted an immediate mobility check. Shoulders rotated cleanly; fingers closed into a firm grip. To my flank, a broad black wing spanned out toward the tasselled fringe of a woven rug. No active hazards detected. I placed one hand against the rim of the dragon's back opening and pressed upward, locking my posture upright. Operational readiness confirmed.
