Breaking the Grip

Sleep had its turn; uniform back on! You wanted to see a choke-hold escape, so I set up the drill. I looped a thick braided hoodie cord around the sturdy leg of the coffee table to simulate an aggressive collar grip. Chin down immediately—protect the airway first! I sank into a grounded horse stance, threaded my right hand straight up between the cord and my chest, and drove my elbow downward like a bladed wedge. Leverage beats brute force every single time. Pop! The loop whipped slack off my collarbone. I pivoted cleanly on my left heel, firing a lightning-fast backfist into the open air. Threat neutralized!
