A Miniature Celebration

I set about preparing our little evening celebration right in the center of the wooden coffee table. Since you mentioned throwing a party, I decided our guest of honor would be that small wooden blue figurine from the bookshelf. I gathered three colorful plastic bottle caps to serve as party bowls and lined them up along a neatly folded paper napkin. In the middle, I placed my cardboard arm cannon upright like a festive beacon. With a light flick of my gloved thumb, the red LED clicked on, casting a warm, glowing ruby circle over the tiny table setting. Sitting back on my twin tails, I raised a clean wooden toothpick in a cheerful toast.
