The Big Leap

I scrambled down off the sofa cushion, aiming straight for the wooden coffee table where a bowl of crunchy cheesy crackers was sitting! My stubby legs wobbled like crazy at first, but I broke into a full-on ninja sprint. I tried leaping onto an open comic book lying on the table to slide across, but totally skidded on a rogue shiny page and belly-flopped right next to the bowl. Caught a stray cheese cracker dust crumb on my fingertip though—total victory!
