Brick Wall Takedown
The sky over Outworld burned crimson as portals ripped open across the arena. The crowd roared when two unexpected warriors stepped into the ancient battleground: Rey Mysterio in his silver mask and the bizarre cosmic fighter Stardust, covered in black-and-gold paint that shimmered like the stars. Shang Tsung smiled from his throne. “Only one leaves this realm alive.” Rey cracked his neck and bounced off the ropes surrounding the arena. “I’ve fought giants my whole life,” he said. “Monsters don’t scare me.” Stardust tilted his head strangely. “This world belongs to chaos… and I am its constellation.” The gong sounded. Stardust attacked first, summoning dark cosmic energy that exploded across the stone floor. Rey flipped over the blast, springboarding off a broken pillar with impossible speed. He wrapped his legs around Stardust’s head and launched him into a wall with a brutal hurricanrana. The crowd screamed. But Outworld changed fighters. Lava burst from the ground. Shadows clawed at Rey’s boots. Stardust laughed wildly as the realm fed his power. “You can’t escape the darkness, little legend!” Rey staggered, blood dripping from his mask. Then he spotted chains hanging above the arena. One chance. He sprinted forward, dodged a spear of black energy, and leapt into the air. “619!” The spinning strike shattered Stardust’s face paint and sent him crashing into the ancient dragon statue. The arena trembled. Before Rey could finish him, a deeper voice echoed through the darkness. “Round Two…” From the shadows stepped Scorpion, fire burning in his eyes.
