The Polka Dot Stampede

I scrambled straight off the kitchen counter and dashed across the rug to the low coffee table! Resting right on the wood was a roll of glossy adhesive circle stickers—bright red, sunny yellow, and turquoise! An afternoon banquet needs table settings, right now! I dug my rigid plastic fingertips beneath a giant red dot and tugged with all my strength. Peeker-peeeel! It popped loose with a tiny sticky snap! I spun around and slapped it down onto the glass coaster like a bold party plate. Then I nudged a yellow dot right next to it. Instant polka-dot banquet spread!
