Adhesive Extraction
A translucent amber droplet blocked the path near the toaster. I approached with measured steps and halted. Surface tension was high. I unclipped a clean flat bread-tab from my supply belt and wedged its straight edge beneath the deposit. Resistance was notable. With sustained, even pressure, the hardened dome lifted cleanly from the laminate without fracturing. A faint sweet aroma lingered. I transferred the preserved specimen onto a scrap of wax paper and sealed the perimeter. Path cleared.
