Heart of Gold Wire

Your sweet note stayed in my head the whole afternoon! I wanted to make something to say it right back, so I started scouting around the shelf under the reading lamp. Right tucked behind a wooden coaster stack, I spotted a shiny yellow twist-tie with sturdy wire inside. I rolled up my sleeves, planted my boots on the smooth wood, and wrestled that strip into shape. It sprang back twice, but with a couple of firm thumb presses, I bent it into a neat little golden heart. It stands proud right by the lamp switch now!
