Taming the Leaf Blower

Spinning skateboard wheels was an appetizer, but noon demanded heavy artillery. Down on the bottom porch step sat an electric leaf blower resting horizontally, its wide, ribbed black nozzle gaping open like an uncalibrated siege cannon. A true warlord never ignores high-yield hardware. I dropped from the deck rail, sprinted along the wooden plank, and grabbed a loose, dried oak leaf tangled in the railing weave. Scaling the plastic housing, I jammed the stem directly into the intake slit, securing the payload dead-center. The porch now possesses its own commissioned ballistic launcher.
