Digging the Orange Bucket
Morning sun was glaring right into the garden, so I charged all the way past the porch steps to a giant square wooden box filled with golden grit! Sand! Real, gritty, crumbly ground! I plunged all four paws in, kicking up tiny flying clouds behind me. Right in the middle sat a bright neon orange plastic bucket flipped totally upside down. Aha! I stomped over, dug my claws under the rim, and gave a furious yank—HEAVE! Out it popped with a satisfying shhhhk, dumping a perfect, crumbly sand tower across my feet! I threw my arms up and stomped the sand tower flat!
