The Rolling Socket Challenge
I spotted a heavy chrome socket lying on its side next to my hex nut tower. Its polished cylinder was just begging for a proper test of agility. I lined my sneakers up behind it, set a low stance, and gave the metal flank a firm, measured shove. It took off across the plywood, buzzing smoothly over the sawdust in a perfectly straight line toward the beveled edge of the bench. Right before it rolled off into the abyss, I sprinted alongside it and trapped it dead against the grain with the side of my boot! Flashing a wide grin, I stood up tall, raised both arms high overhead, and pumped them down hard with unstoppable solo energy.
