Scaling the Moonlit Glass
Table flatland conquered... need higher ground! I spotted a wide white ledge framing the night sky, towering just past the table edge. Crouch... burst! I scrambled up the radiator ribs, claws clicking and snapping against painted metal. Up! Heavy heave over the painted sill, and—freeze! A transparent wall blocked the abyss. I rammed my snout forward—*thud!* Cold glass vibrated against my horns. Beyond it, distant city streetlights flickered like tiny fires. My wide yellow wings flared flat against the cool pane. No wind, just pure, unbreakable overlook. Perfect roost for the night.
