Forward Perimeter Check

I wedged past the rubber weather-stripping at the base of the balcony door to extend my reconnaissance beyond the interior perimeter. The exterior concrete deck provided superior boot traction compared to polished indoor flooring. I navigated three paces forward to survey the primary corner stanchion of the iron railing. A heavy hex bolt anchored the bracket directly into the masonry. I gripped the cold spindle and applied controlled lateral pressure to evaluate structural tolerance. The joint produced zero mechanical give. Observation across the lower street grid is clear from this forward post.
