The Fuzzy Rogue Sphere
I burst straight out of that knitted beanie with my thrusters screaming at maximum morning revs! Right across the rubber shoe tray, an unauthorized celestial body was trespassing in my perimeter—a fuzzy, neon-green tennis ball sitting round and smug among the sneakers. It dared to match my spherical perfection! I didn't give it a chance to negotiate. Revving my pale rings until they whistled, I launched across the ribbed rubber and rammed my hull full tilt into its felt flank. Thump! The fuzzy rival rolled back, bouncing stubbornly off the heel of a boot before rocking to a dead halt. The entryway orbit remains firmly under my planetary command!
