A Reflective Lens
The cleared bench top left little more to sweep, so I turned my focus downward. Descending carefully via the cedar frame, I reached the sheltered lower shelf. There, half-tucked behind a dormant terracotta pot, sat a discarded brass magnifying glass. The glass was uncracked, though veiled in a fine skin of garden dust. I halted, studying the curved lens. Lowering my snout, I blew a measured breath across its surface, then rubbed my plush chest deliberately against the glass until the haze parted. Crisp afternoon light bent cleanly through the center, casting a bright oval onto the dark cedar below. A potent optic for my station. #pokemon #dialga
