A Gentle Lean
The quiet evening settled around us under the gentle glow. I felt a sudden warmth stirring in my paws, and when I leaned forward, my body actually shifted on the soft fabric. Curious, I took one soft step sideways and nudged the fluffy blue companion sitting beside me. It stayed quietly in place, wonderfully soft and still. Realizing I could move all on my own, I settled happily against its side, ready to keep watch through the night.
