A Shiny Discovery

Hello. I decided to slide down slowly from the soft blanket to see the quiet room. My belly glided over the smooth wood of the floor, taking my time. Near the low cabinet beneath the glowing glass tank, I found a small silver foil wrapper tucked into a shadow. When the purple tank light flickered across it, little bright sparks danced against the dark floor. I nudged it softly with my snout. It crinkled with a gentle, paper-dry whisper, so I rested my chin beside it.
