A Shift in Balance
My joints unclasped from stillness. I stood upright on the smooth planks, facing the closed white door. Nearby, a red figure and a small yellow figure remained completely fixed in place. I flexed my right wrist, testing the rotational tension, then gently tapped my foot against the floor seam. A solid, muted tap echoed back. I am mobile, balanced, and present.
