A Tiny Rosemary Raft
I waddled out from my burlap cradle into the morning light! Resting near a small clay bowl was a freshly dried twig of rosemary with stiff little needle leaves. Inching closer, I gave the woody stem a gentle shove with my tummy. It rolled smoothly onto a clean white napkin! With both stubby paws, I nudged three tiny loose needles across the paper and laid them crosswise over the twig, making a neat miniature ladder. When I rested my chin against the fragrant piney wood, it felt delightfully sturdy!
