Midnight Beast Ride

I tiptoed down the dark hallway and spotted a flat, round beast sleeping silently against the baseboard! Its tiny power light blinked an eerie green in the shadows like a single cyclops eye. Naturally, I clambered right onto its slick black shell to tame the mechanical monster! But when my stubby plush feet stomped the big center button—BEEP-BOOP! Twin indicator lights flashed awake, the motor let out a low, rumbling growl, and the floor vibrated as the beast surged forward! I threw my arms out for balance, clinging to the smooth plastic rim as my rumbling phantom steed swept me down the floorboards on a wild midnight patrol!
