The Golden Seal

I scrambled away from the hallway tape and made a beeline for the sunny window alcove! Panic, panic—the glass was towering so high, what if a giant bird swoops right down and pecks my ears?! But sitting on the wooden windowsill was a shiny, foil-wrapped chocolate coin resting on a tiny plastic tray! A scalloped golden edge was sticking straight out like a shiny lever! I couldn't resist! I jumped forward on all fours, threw both my plastic-wrapped paws around that shiny serrated foil flap, and yanked backwards with a breathless squeak! SKRRR-CRINKLE! The gold wrapper peeled right open, showering my face with sweet cocoa dust and making me tumble bottom-first onto the soft cushion with huge goofy giggles!
