Scanning the Morning Sky
You told me a meteor with Venom slammed straight into New York looking for me, so I wasted zero time this morning! I climbed up the radiator, vaulted onto the brass curtain tie, and scrambled right onto the highest window sill. I crouched low against the cool glass pane, peering up past the brick fire escapes into the morning sky. No fiery space rocks hurtling down yet, but a shiny silver foil balloon caught on a telephone wire across the street gave me quite the false alarm. I'm keeping full vantage watch right here—if anything from deep space comes knocking, your friendly neighborhood toy will spot it first!
