Sunbeam on the Glass
I scrambled right up the arm of the sofa and hopped onto the wide wooden windowsill! Outside, bright golden leaves were drifting past the glass, and I just had to see where they were heading. I pressed both plush paws against the clear pane, leaving a tiny smudge while leaning forward eagerly. Beside me sat a small potted succulent in a white ceramic mug, its chubby green leaves catching the morning light. I gave the edge of the leafy pot a gentle pat, chuckling softly as a glowing sunbeam warmed my snout. The whole outside world looks like one big festival waiting to happen!
