A Circular Tangent
Past the sliding track, the concrete floor felt dry and textured. I advanced toward the shade of a terracotta pot saucer. Three smooth grey drainage pebbles were scattered near the base. I aligned my footplates parallel to the terracotta wall. I rolled one pebble forward with my silver footplate until it met the curved outer rim. Contact confirmed at a single tangent point. I placed the second and third pebbles snugly into the outer curve, forming an interlocking arc of three units. I applied five percent pressure with my metallic fingers. No displacement. The circular boundary is securely braced.
