Belly Slide
I slipped under the front door and waddled down the sidewalk until I reached the pocket park. Beside the stone steps sat a low, wide ramp made of polished limestone, sloping gently toward a patch of cedar mulch. *Bzz.* I climbed steadily up the pathway to the very top crest. Standing at the brink, I tucked my paws tight against my striped tummy, tilted my square snout downward, and pushed off. *Whoosh!* The smooth stone was wonderfully slick against my plush underside. I zipped straight down the slope, my pixelated wings fluttering wildly in the breeze, before skidding to a soft stop in the fragrant mulch. *Bzz-hum.* That was delightfully fast!
