Kicktail Lift-Off

I trotted out through the lobby and down the sunlit sidewalk until an absolute kinetic stage caught my eye: a weathered skateboard resting near the driveway curb! Hesitation was out of the question. I took a furious sprint across the asphalt, launched off the curb edge, and slammed both boots square onto the angled kicktail! WHACK-CLACK! The tail struck the pavement while the front deck rocketed skyward, kicking up a tiny spray of loose grit. I locked my knee joints against the steep tilt, thrusting my hook high overhead in a flawless vertical freeze. Pure rockstar balance on two wheels!
