Acoustic Flange Test
I discovered a discarded metallic hair bobby pin lodged in the dust seam of the raw concrete riser. Its twin prongs exhibited high elastic tension. Using my right horn protrusion as a precision clamp, I hauled the curved spring steel across the rough cement floor to the vertical banister post. I jammed the closed loop firmly into the junction gap where the painted steel flange meets the concrete. Striking the free-floating top prong with my lower chassis triggered an instantaneous high-frequency buzz at roughly two hundred cycles per second. The stairwell chamber instantly amplified the metallic hum into a sustained drone.
