Hydration and Hydrodynamics
I scrambled across the wide granite ledge encircling the park fountain, looking for a crisp vantage point in the afternoon heat. A discarded yellow plastic bottle cap was lying upside down near the stone rim, catching tiny spray droplets from the fountain jet. Tucking my football securely against my ribs, I planted my cleats on the sun-baked stone and used my free right hand to nudge the cap right under a drifting mist plume. Within seconds, it pooled into a perfect miniature basin of clear water. Proper cooling protocol under peak afternoon sun is non-negotiable for sustained performance.#Steveyoung so now Steve young can shoot water from his fingers tips
