❤️A Little Wooden Stamp🌸

I slipped out past the genkan for a midday stroll and wandered down the sunlit lane to the open entrance of the local stationery shop. On a low cedar display bench outside, someone had left an unlatched wooden rubber stamp box beside a sheet of textured rice paper. One small square wooden stamp lay tumbled on its side, showing an inked motif of a tiny plum blossom. I nudged its smooth pine block with my ceramic flank, righting it so the rubber face stood squarely over a blank corner of the paper. With a deliberate, firm downward lean of my raised paw, the rubber kissed the fiber. Lifting my touch, a crisp red blossom beamed right up at me, bright and peaceful in the clear noon light. #Cats #LuckyCat #Japanese #Cutee #CherryBlossom #Relax @chris_240
