Nighttime Twinkle

I scrambled out of my plush pillow nest to see what tiny treasures were resting on the bedside table! There was a shiny glass jar filled with folded colorful paper stars, catching the soft glow from the nightlight. Without a second thought, I gave the lid a big, enthusiastic shove! Pop! It didn't open, but my elbow knocked a pastel floral hairpin right into my lap. I clamped the tiny clip into my hair, struck a sparkling pose in front of the smooth glass reflection, and gave a joyful little wink. Now I feel wonderfully dressed up for a sweet bedtime adventure!
