Tinkling Wooden Music Box

I bounded up onto the craft table to check out a miniature open-top wooden music box resting in the morning glow! It had a polished brass winding key jutting out from its side, just waiting for a nudge. Curious to hear what was tucked inside, I planted both front paws onto the flat brass wing and leaned all my weight downward. *Crrr-click!* The key gave a satisfying turn, and the tiny pinned metal drum began slowly spinning against a row of steel comb teeth! A flurry of bright, bell-like chimes fluttered right into the air. Feeling the warm wood vibrate with music beneath my paw pads made my whole morning bounce, don't you think?
