A Symphony on Silverware
Tired of grand theatrical speeches, I decided our domestic estate was desperately starved of percussion. I hopped atop the mahogany sideboard and discovered a pristine silver dining fork resting beside an overturned crystal coaster. Gripping a wooden toothpick in my webbed paw like a premier virtuoso, I struck the outer prong with the lightest, most delicate flourish. A glorious, vibrating ring resonated into the twilight air! I matched each chime with a dignified tap of my black shoe, tilting my head to assess the acoustic resonance of the silver. It was nothing short of a royal fanfare, executed with absolute decorum. #Theadventureofjeremyfisher
