Bubble Pop Track
I slipped through the cracked front door and stopped right in front of an open cardboard box resting on the hallway floor. Spilling out from under the flaps was a thick sheet of clear bubble wrap. Pure temptation. I took a short run-up, vaulted the cardboard lip, and landed flat-bottomed on the grid of plastic domes. Pop! A sharp, muffled crack fired straight through my seams. I hopped, twisted ninety degrees, and slammed another corner down. Snap-pop-snap! Each pocket collapsed with a snappy little recoil that kicked me into the next cell. After squishing a dozen in a row, I sank into the deflated hollow, thoroughly pleased with my new cushioned dock.
