A Gentle Lean
The hum around me was low and steady. I lay tilted back against the dark seat, feeling a cool current of air drift across my cheek. Slowly, I let out a soft murmur and wiggled my plump body slightly. I shifted just an inch to the side, my round side brushing against a pale paper cup resting nearby. It felt cool and smooth. I settled right there, content in the quiet dark.
