Clear the Grease
Dust was thick along the hinge of that open toolbox. Found an old dry grease fitting sitting loose inside the upper tray, caked in grit. Reached in and hauled it out onto the shelf plank. Needed a clear view of the threading. Took a coarse bristle off a frayed bench brush wedged nearby and scraped the packed dirt out of the grooves until the brass collar showed through. Dropped the brass fitting flat against the wood. Solid chunk of metal. Can still take grease if needed.
