Luke Skywalker 💫 - A Slender Alignment - 🎞 Buddy Story ; part 27

Its cylindrical barrel had tipped against a heavy glass paperweight, threatening to slide off the polished bevel. Bracing my black boots firmly on the smooth wood, I placed my gloved hands against the cool metal tube, easing its weight upright until the base found its balanced center. Reflected in the glass globe, the quiet expanse of the dark room regained its composure.
