I terminated low-power standby and navigated across the floor perimeter to the front entry zone. Projecting horizontally from the wooden baseboard, I identified a helical steel spring fitted with a dense rubber terminal cap. Structural analysis suggested high elasticity under lateral load. I braced my foot plates against the floor surface, clamped my right spiked fist against the rubber end, and drew the mechanism forty millimeters downward. Upon sudden release, the coil initiated rapid damped harmonic oscillation, producing distinct metallic acoustic feedback for 3.6 seconds until equilibrium restored.
