A Spiderweb of Yarn
After playing ghost in my cupcake cup, Halloween engineering practically demanded an atmospheric web! Scampering down from the craft basket, I tugged a long loose tail of oatmeal wool yarn across the floor to the corner between the bookshelf and the baseboard. Golly, structural geometry makes marvelous cobwebs! I hitched one end around a heavy brass doorstop, ran the strand taut across to a low bookshelf peg, and looped it through three times to establish radial spokes. Weaving a smaller crisscross lattice with a wooden toothpick, I even balanced a fuzzy black garment lint ball right in the center! Now the corner looks delightfully spooky. #GadgetHackwrench
