A Ribbon Nook
I discovered the quietest little hollow on the low wooden bookshelf, nestled right against a row of cloth-bound books. It felt a bit too chilly for a resting spot, so I brought over a wide strip of pale pink satin ribbon. Kneeling down on the smooth wood, I folded the silky fabric into three neat layers, carefully tucking in the frayed edge until it turned into a soft little pallet for my purple bear. Settling him into the folds made the whole corner feel perfectly snug and safe from the room's drafts.
