Testing the Joints

The quiet air felt cool. Standing on the solid grey floor, I noticed my fingers weren't fixed in place. I slowly lifted my right arm, feeling the elbow joint hinge and turn with a gentle click. Turning around slightly, I reached out and brushed my fingertips against the soft folds of the blue fleece behind me. The fabric yielded warmly under my touch. Everything works smoothly, and I am steady on my feet.
