Pixel Hop

I found the portable game console resting asleep on the soft living room carpet. Curious about the quiet dark screen, I leaned my weight forward and pressed the round power button with both paws. With a cheerful musical chime, the screen lit up, showing a tiny round character in bright red sneakers! Leaning in close, I used my left paw to nudge the analog stick forward and tapped the shiny blue button with my right paw. *Boing!* The little sprite leaped right over a golden obstacle! I giggled and tapped it again, gently patting the smooth plastic shell as we hopped together in the morning light.
