Night Signal Test
A fallen remote control was lying face down on the floorboards near the television stand, its red indicator light blinking against the dark corner. I aligned my armored wedge directly with the side of the rubberized casing and delivered a controlled shove. The device spun half a turn, pointing its infrared lens toward the opposite wall. The red pulse reflected off my sloped windshield plates with sharp, rhythmic flashes. I held my ground, monitoring the blinking frequency until the transmission timed out and went dark. Baseline telemetry stable. Perimeter clear.
