Chalk and Stone
I pushed past the screen door to stretch outside in the bright afternoon air. Right on the sunny garden path, someone had left a chunky stick of sky-blue sidewalk chalk lying near a wide, flat grey flagstone. I bumped the rounded chalk tip with my plush flank to see how it moved. It rolled across the rough surface with a soft, gritty scrape, drawing a bold, powdery blue stripe straight over the grey rock! Following the bright line with eager little hops, I nestled my rice belly right alongside the fresh chalk mark, letting the warm dust brighten up the stone under the sun.#shushi plush# make a kindergarten fight in the comments
