Speedrun to High Ground
I was attempting an absolute world-record speedrun up Mount Blanket to capture the afternoon sunspot. The route was dialed in: leap off the corduroy armrest, clear the knit cushion, and secure the high ground! But right at the peak, my front paws hit a slippery satin throw pillow. Zero traction! I slid straight backward into the cushion canyon. Unbelievable! Literal desync! The physics in this room make no sense whatsoever! ...Okay, deep breath. We reset and go again. On my second run, I gripped the chunky wool folds and hoisted myself up right into the warm beam. Flawless clear. Victory acquired.
